Laurie Miller Musselman I'm glad they could charge him with something. Some of the divers could have been injured because he did not inform them that the car was empty of passengers. It's just a dog, people. He supposedly loved his dog, but he tried to get it out and the dog wouldn't come out. Be angry with him because the divers could have been injured , that's are what's important here. RIP , doggie. Wait, what type of breed was the dog?

Brenda Carr People, frozen ponds and unleashed pets are a bad combo. Just in the last few days in Wichita KS, there have been two different cases of unleashed pets running out onto a frozen pond and their owners chasing them. The first dog and owner not so lucky, fell through ice, both died. The second case, both owner and dog survived. It's beyond me what any of these people were thinking, but this guy doing donuts on the ice......................there's your sign.
