are we living in a third world country sort of speak with totally biased and fabricated "news"? They way the Media botched this and spread this hoax that was so effectively used to over turn a ban is down right scary. http://sruv-pitbulls.blogspot.com/…/debacle-at-hazel-park-p… http://sruv-pitbulls.blogspot.com/…/debacle-at-hazel-park-p… Thank you Tony Solesky for exposing this debacle.

Joanie Caldwell-Kenoshmeg--The vast majority of KOA campgrounds in the U.S. and Canada welcome – without restriction - all breeds of well-behaved dogs

MOST KOA's do not ban the breed. SHARE Someone posted that KOA's campgrounds Ban pitbulls.. This is what I got from them in my email:
The vast majority of KOA campgrounds in the U.S. and Canada welcome – without restriction - all breeds of well-behaved dogs. The fact is, KOA and its campground owners love pets! We now require KOA campgrounds adopting our new KOA Journey, KOA Holiday and KOA Resort brands to have an off-leash, fenced Kamp K9 dog park. But, due to insurance requirements or local government breed ordinances beyond the KOA owner’s control, a very few KOAs are forced to restrict access for certain breeds. This is, by far, a rare occurrence. Our Pet Guidelines are printed on Page 9 of the KOA Directory, and we encourage pet owners to call ahead to check with the campground about their specific pet policies and possible local restrictions.
Each of our KOA campgrounds is privately owned and operated, and there is no system-wide policy banning any breed of dog. KOA’s policy only states that all dogs must be leashed and under the owner’s control at all other times on the campground, and dogs displaying aggressive behavior or excessive barking will be asked to leave.

  • Joanna McGinn oh well, golly gee.... and they don't 'escape' (think camper security) or bust through windows, or break even chain 'leashes'????? "OOOOOOOOPPPS"
  • Jackie Jenkins I think I actually posted that, I don't remember where I found it or who shared it with me. too bad it's not a fact.

Jeff Borchardt They're fighting dogs. The gladiators of the canine world. It is WHY there is so much controversy surrounding them. They are dangerous. 23 hrs · Like · 4

Had to run to my local DJ shop in Milwaukee for a gallon of fog juice. As I was walking out I saw this. Me being me, I just happened to have a stack of Daxton's Friends fliers in my cargo shorts pocket to slip in and around this particular stack of pit bull propaganda.
